Over and above offering yoga classes at Harmony House Yoga, Adri-Mari is involved in various Corporate Yoga programs and private individual classes.

In 2012, Adri-Mari spent 6 weeks in Bali, immersing herself in yoga practice and successfully completing the Yoga Teachers Training with Zoe Trenwith from Australia. She started the beautiful Harmony House Yoga studio, and trained under Ana Forrest for an Advanced Yoga Teacher's Certificate.  She is registered with the international yoga professional organization Yoga Alliance.

Adri-mari is a registered Transcendental Meditation Teacher and offers Meditation Courses as per the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Adri-Mari has a successful business background and explored yoga over many years as a support to bring balance to her life, health in body and mind. Her personal growth path led her through initially the traditional university and corporate route. Being a mother and life partner enriched her family life. She has done extensive international traveling quenching her thirst for adventure. She has studied alternative healing practices and is now fully entrenched in exploring the internal world.

“The time has come for me to offer back to the world what I have received in abundance – I have found my purpose in life to supporting others on their paths to self-discovery, harmonising body, mind and spirit.”

Why Yoga?

Physical and mental cleansing, and strengthening is one of yoga’s most important achievements. What makes it so powerful and effective is the fact that it works on the holistic principles of harmony and unification.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built.” ~Rumi
